CHALLENGE

Warren SW Refrigeration is one of the largest commercial refrigeration companies in Texas. When it came to selling their shelving they needed a way to see all the parts necessary to build each shelve and their associated costs.

SOLUTION

​

Built a customized Excel template that enable them to add and edit items from a drop down list and automatically calculate the weight, freight and cost of each item. Added 2 more pages that allowed the user to see all the parts necessary to build for each shelve and a total count of all the parts for each job.

BENEFIT

​

With quick, user-friendly button controls the sales team was able to easily price out the shelving for each job and employees had an accurate count of the parts they needed to pull from the warehouse before the job went out, minimizing the risk of leaving crucial items behind.
