CHALLENGE
Shtonez Productions is a film and photo agency that focuses on creating creative content such as weddings, product promo videos and brand awareness projects for small businesses. This client wanted to have an easily available way to look at their conversion rates per industry, service and referral source.
SOLUTION
Developed an easy and user-friendly way to import the details of each job while implementing drop down menus to keep consistency throughout the report. Then applied multiple pivot tables that pulled data from a list to create various graphical visuals on the main dashboard.
BENEFIT
With the use of Excel splicers, the client can conveniently select and view multiple segments of their business and compare which industry, service or referral source they get the most conversions from. Having custom built reports allows businesses to see which areas they are doing well in or which areas they can improve on, ultimately allowing them to make good business decisions.
